Business owners may opt in by submitting the public request-access form on callhandoff.com, entering their phone number, and checking the SMS consent box. That form states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

By contacting a business using CallHandoff-powered communication methods, customers may receive conversational SMS messages related to their inquiry, appointment scheduling, dispatch updates, missed call follow-up, or active service requests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Customers may reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
